"Youth exchange group leadership - Ensuring learning effectiveness and security" - GREECE

This was my first Youth in Action project. It took place in Dasiko Horio (Greece) a village which is at 100 km from Tessaloniki some where in the mountains. We had a hotel only for us. It had a very nice view because from there we could see the sea.
The topic of this project was how to lead a group in this kind of projects. We had a lot of workshops about the problems that can occur when you are the leader of a group and how to solve them in the best way.
The countries that have participated was: Germany, Hungary, Austria, Portugal, Estonia, Latvia, Greece, Ireland and Romania.
The project has 2 parts: the first one was in march this year and it was like a training. We have a period of practice and then we will meet again next year for the second part - the evaluation.
I was very difficult because we have to work all the day - from 9.00 a.m. to 20-21.00 p.m. but for my part I learned a lot, I have met new people and I have a lot of fun.
At the end of the project we have received an YOUTHPASS (a certificate) that contains:
a) description of project (objectives, venue, duration, main activities) and the Action
b participant’s details
c) description of learning outcomes (based on the provided framework of 8 key competences) in the form of self assessment (written by every participant and it was about what we learned during this training course).

When did this project take place?

this project took place between 13-20 march 2008. why?

this was first project in greece, nopz? we have next year some others project in greece... if they will be like these...we want more

poate ca pur si simplu le este teama sa-si exprime opiniile...e mare lucru sa stii sa-ti exprimi opiniile si sa spui exact ceea ce doresti, asa cum a facut unsaid cu postul grammar...multora poate ca nu le convine ca trebuie sa stea sa piarda timpul pe un forum"nefolositor" si mai trebuie si sa scrie corect....deja le cereti prea mult, nu credeti?

shi cea care a fost in grecia si apoi in portugalia si turcia pana mai ieri era bucurie in sat daca prindea personalul de bucuresti(la bulevard birjar .la bulevard) si diplomele obtinute ii vor prinde bine in cariera de profesoara ,in baz a lor va obtine chair un salariu mai mare...recunostinta: VORBE URATE DESPRE NOI IN GENERAL SI DESPRE MINE IN SPECIAL! " caci nici o fapta buna nu va ramane nepedepsita"!una dintre persoanele in care am crezut imens si care m-a dezamagit cel mai tare! nu am avut secrete fata de ea si m-am trezit ca folosea tot ce stia de la mine ca sa ma defaimeze! dar colportarile pline de ura erau si mai de neinteles pentru mine pentru ca oferisem fara sa cer!
si la final un ultim lucru pentru fata cea fariseica " pacatul are propria lui memorie si va veni sa isi ceara plata in ziua cea mai mare a bucuriei noastre" -ioan gura de aur-<omilii la evanghelia dupa matei >
